Step 2: Provide an image of one of your Security wheel nuts/bolts


Take an image of one of your Security Nuts/Bolts on the wheel with your mobile phone. Take the image close-up and face-on, so that we can see the Security Pattern clearly (example image on the 'FAQ PAGE'


Step 3: Provide proof that you are the ‘Keeper/or Owner of the vehicle


If you do NOT have a security key code; please take an image of your 'Proof of Keeper or Driver' Document and 'ID'. For a list of acceptable documents, please refer to the 'FAQ PAGE'


Where can I find my Wheel Lock Key?

Common places that your locking wheel nut key may be stored are as follows:-

  • In or under the boot

  • Under the driver or passenger seat

  • Door card pockets

  • Glove-box or centre storage console
