Example 1 & 2 - SKODA Locking Wheel Bolts (Earlier Design).

This SKODA locking wheel bolt style is found on the earlier SKODA vehicles; typically Pre < 2010. The locking wheel bolt has internal splines or ribs inside the circumference of the wheel bolt that the key engages into. This earlier SKODA locking wheel nut design was fitted to the following SKODA models; Fabia and Octavia.

We require the image to be taken similar to the examples below – it is important take the image close-up and straight-on, so that we can see the internal teeth in their entirety all the way- around the nut.

Example 2 - SKODA Current Locking Wheel Bolt Style

The current SKODA locking wheel bolt design is fitted to the following SKODA models; Citigo, Fabia, Kamiq, Karoq, Kodiaq, Octavia, Scala, Superb, Yeti

The image above shows an entire set of SKODA locking wheel bolts along with the matching SKODA locking wheel bolt key. The black caps are dust covers used to protect the locking wheel bolts once they're placed on the wheel and the small plastic pincer is the removal tool used to extract the caps from the bolts once they have been fitted. This tool is placed around the head of each cap, so that they can be removed to reveal the locking wheel bolts behind. If you don't have the dust cap removal tool any other small object such as a screwdriver can do the job just as well.

The image below shows an example of one of the current range of SKODA Locking Wheel Bolts. This locking wheel bolt style is found on SKODA vehicles; typically > Post 2012. There are many different combinations of SKODA locking wheel bolts available.
